| Dr. Klenk has 25 years of experience in the area of technical and scientific services contracting. He has functioned in various capacities including research scientist, project manager, software development manager, program manager, general manager and vice president of a large technical services company. He has managed major capture and proposal activities and has successfully phased-in numerous new contracts. His domain experience includes information technology, systems and software engineering, large data systems and archives and satellite remote sensing. His doctorate is in Physics from Lehigh University. |

| Dr. Borne is a well-known and published astrophysicist with extensive knowledge and experience in large science data processing and archiving systems including expertise in Virtual Observatories (i.e. distributed interoperable databases), grid computing and data mining. He is currently an Associate Professor for Astrophysics and Computational Science at the George Mason University School of Computational Sciences. He collaborates with NASA Goddard Space Flight Center on advancing scientific data management technologies. Dr. Borne is an experienced proposal writer and proposal strategist and has written many winning proposals and grant applications. In addition, he is an outstanding speaker and trainer. Currently, he is teaching graduate level courses in Scientific Databases and Data Mining. Dr. Borne holds a doctorate in Astrophysics from Caltech. |
